Somehow the hotel being a 5* was not up to the standard ... i stayed at the family room ( only god knows why a solo traveller was given that room ) but the sheets were shabby n the curtains were falling apart the bathroom shower was constantly leaking and more over I lost i my scarf in my room ( so I guess some one from room service took it ) I really would not book my self in this hotel in future

Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant!
Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared.
If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location.

Everything was nice. It was good, that they didn't distured us all the time with questions. And beach is very close, 2 minutes, sandy. Nice fishes. We booked just room, room service was also nice, food quality good, but expensive. You can find restaurants in the surrounding, but we didn't want to go out. Recommended.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds are great, however the hotel is severely dilapidated with the furniture in the rooms falling apart.
Cost cutting methods especially on food and drink abound

Very good hotel, great location best part was the sea and snorkelling. Hotel employees dont know English. It is suprising. But if you speak Russian everyone is familiar.
